7Search is at the small end of the mid sized PPC search engine list. They have a wide variety of webmaster related sites which seem to have the goal of funneling traffic to 7Search.

For a long time 7Search promoted a link farm program by the name of LinksToYou. Promoting their link farm was a highly unethical busienss move IMHO.

Recently they switched it over to a link trading forum, which is a possitive thing!

I have heard some people claim a decent ROI with 7Search, but they do not drive tons of traffic. Like most other small to mid sized PPC search engines I would recommend only trying them out after you know what your best words are by running successful Overture and Google AdWords campaigns first.
