I would assume it would not be a solid investment to list at number 1 for a word like "porn" or "casino." The quality of traffic can vary greatly from term to term and industry to industry.

Suggestion for GoClick
Overture or Google AdWords would be a better spot to spend money (greater distribution and faster feedback loops). If you were to try one of the smaller engines I would recommend FindWhat, Enhance Interactive and Kanoodle over GoClick.
