Comments

Comments - <!-- --> HTML tag used to hide things from browser displays (such as javascript on non compliant machines). These tags are used to tell programmers what certain sections of code do. Most major search engines ignore the comments tag since the comments tag is not viewable on the web page.

The term comments also applies to blogs. Many weblogs have open feedback where the reader can give his opinion to the post.
